The day belonged to Alena Kostornaia, who led a Russian sweep of the top spots in the ladies short program at the 2020 European Championships.

Aleksandra Boikova and Dmitrii Kozlovskii captured their first European Figure Skating Championships crown in a runaway victory in Graz, Austria.

Russia’s Dmitri Aliev broke an eight-year drought for Russian men when he skated to the top step of the podium at the 2020 European Championships.

Michal Březina won the short program at the European Figure Skating Championships in Graz, Austria, in his 13th appearance at the competition.
