The 2022 Denis Ten Memorial Challenge takes place in Nur-Sultan, Kazakhstan, Oct. 26-29. Three disciplines will be contested (no pairs).
There are relatively small fields in all disciplines with eight men, 12 women and nine ice dance teams currently slated to compete.
The Japanese ice dance team of Kana Muramoto and Daisuke Takahashi are the top names in this competition.
Dabin Choi of South Korea is scheduled to make her comeback at this competition. This would be her first appearance since Warsaw Cup in 2019. Choi finished fourth at the Denis Ten Memorial that same year.
This competition overlaps with the Grand Prix Skate Canada International (link below).
